ABILENE, TX – Gabriel Garza was indicted in Taylor County on Thursday on one count of indecency with a child.
According to KTXS, In November of 2018 the victim, identified as a child under the age of five, made an outcry statement and told detectives that “Garza made her take a hair tie off his penis.”
According to APD, a detective said he had a meeting scheduled with Garza, but that Garza canceled the meeting.
Garza is in jail on a $20,000 surety bond.
