Accused Child Predators Top Wednesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-Seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Royce Payne was arrested for GJI aggravated sexual assault of a child at 11:04 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:28 p.m. 
  • Ruben Haro was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography and COMM possession with intent to promote child pornography at 11:47 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kyle Doty was arrested for online solicitation of a minor at 6:37 p.m. His bond is set at $50,000. 

Out of the 446 beds, 430 inmates are currently in jail as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

  • Seth Jones was arrested for MISC VOP obstructing highway while intoxicated at 8:23 a.m. His bond is set at $2,000. 
  • Lori Chance was arrested for GJI abandoning and endangering a child with intent to return at 9:55 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Christine Macmurdo was arrested for GOB manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 10:49 a.m. She was released without bond at 5:13 p.m. 
  • Royce Payne was arrested for GJI aggravated sexual assault of a child at 11:04 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:28 p.m. 
  • Leopoldo Ramos was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:18 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Amanda Lancaster was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, DWLI, and one MISC FTA at 11:23 a.m. Her bond is set at $25,546. 
  • Laetitia Kemp was arrested for RPR interfering with emergency request for assistance and RPR criminal trespassing at 11:35 a.m. She was released without bond at 4:13 p.m. 
  • Ruben Haro was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography and COMM possession with intent to promote child pornography at 11:47 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Dustin Acuff was arrested for one MISC FTA at 12:54 p.m. He was released without bond at 2:58 p.m. 
  • Florentino Puente was arrested for VOP evading arrest at 2:16 p.m. He was released without bond at 4:28 p.m. 
  • Hector Martinez was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:41 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Uranga was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated at 2:49 p.m. He was released without bond at 4:58 p.m. 
  • Brett Binns was arrested for drivng while intoxicated at 2:57 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Eddie Stewart was arrested for two MISC COMM at 3:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Tesa Diaz was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 3:34 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:43 p.m. 
  • David Arambula was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:32 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Christopher Contreras was arrested for GOB displaying fictitious license plate, J/N possession of a controlled substance, and GJI bail jumping at 4:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joshua Orlando Salazar was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 5:12 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Marcus Ryan was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 6:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Duncan Elliot was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 6:36 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at Thursday at 2:13 a.m. 
  • Kyle Doty was arrested for online solicitation of a minor at 6:37 p.m. His bond is set at $50,000. 
  • Jorge Arreola was arrested for MISC Fugitive from justice at 7:06 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Russell Rosemann was arrested for class c theft, GOB possession of drug paraphernalia, four MISC FTA, one MISC VPTA, and walking with traffic at 8:36 p.m. His bond is set at $4,142. 
  • Rodolfo Landin was arrested for three MISC COMM at 8:39 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Byerly was arrested for four MISC CPF, MISC DWLI, MISC expired DL, MISC no proof of financial responsibility, MISC speeding, and four MISC VPTA at 11:04 p.m. His bond is set at $5,260. 
  • Brennan Bell was arrested for his second driving while intoxicated at 11:13 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  • Lizeth Reynosa was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 11:41 p.m. Her bond is set at $2,500.
