Santa Fe Mass Shooting Suspect Declared Incompetent

HOUSTON, TX – The teen accused of opening fire at a Texas high school in May of 2018 and killing 10 victims was found incompetent to stand trial, according to his lawyer. Dimitrios Pagourtzis entered Santa Fe High School on a Friday last year and opened fire while carrying a shotgun and revolver.

The assault, which was called “one of the most heinous attacks that we've ever seen in the history of Texas schools” by Governor Abbott, came as a surprise for anyone. According to details that emerged after Pagourtzis was detained, he appeared to be an average teen, playing JV football and being part of a dance group at a local Greek Orthodox church. The guns used in the mass shooting were legally owned by Pagourtzis’ father.

According to CBS7, in a statement released on Monday, Pagourtzis’ team of lawyers stated they are expecting a formal court order declaring him incompetent to be released later this week; Pagourtzis is currently facing capital murder charges. In addition to the 10 lives he ended, Pagourtzis injured 13 people.

The alleged mass shooter will be sent to a state mental health facility where he is expected to remain from 4 to 6 months. According to his lawyer, Pagourtzis has been declared incompetent to stand trial by three experts. Pagourtzis’ trial had been expected to begin in February and has now been delayed.

He's too damaged to remain free, and too stupid to be held accountable for anything he does. The sensible thing to do would be to put the little bastard down, as a person of this ilk has absolutely no redeeming qualities and will forever be an imminent threat to the public.

Unfortunately, our justice/penal systems are anything but sensible, and will run itself in circles at the cost of the taxpayer to assure than he's comfortably warehoused and afforded a full benefit package of free housing, food, health care, legal representation and everything any other murderous POS deserves, in accordance with a pussified, emasculated society.
