Possession of Drugs Tops Wednesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twelve suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of multiple drugs, driving while intoxicated, and theft. 

• Cimon Saldivar was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC CPF at 12:16 a.m. His bond was set at $9,372 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
• Eduardo Marin was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 6:13 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at Thursday at 12:13 a.m. 
• Marcial Martinez was arrested for class c theft, public intoxicated, and two MISC FTA at 9:47 p.m. His bond was set at $2,440 and was released at Thursday at 5:28 a.m. 

Out of the 446 beds, 457 inmates are currently in jail as of Thursday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

• Cimon Saldivar was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, failure to maintain financial responsibility, possession of drug paraphernalia, and one MISC CPF at 12:16 a.m. His bond was set at $9,372 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
• James Jordan was arrested for public intoxication at 9:57 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:13 p.m. 
• Roberto Hernandez was arrested for one MISC FTA at 12:45 p.m. His bond was set at $225 and was released at 4:28 p.m. 
• Valerie Young was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana, COMM escaping from custody, DWLI, COMM criminal trespassing, one MISC FTA, MISC speeding in a school zone, and two MISC VPTA at 1:01 p.m. Her bond is set at $2,826. 
• Marissa Gonzales was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 1:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Whitney Smith was arrested for VOP deadly conduct at 2:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Alex Jones was arrested for MTR burglary of a habitation at 3:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Zackary Johnson was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated at 3:38 p.m. He was released without bond at 5:13 p.m. 
• Kresta Russell was arrested for criminal mischief and criminal trespassing at 3:45 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:28 p.m. 
• Eduardo Marin was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 6:13 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at Thursday at 12:13 a.m.

• Christopher McLaurin was arrested for MISC bench warrant at 10:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
