Family Who Died from H2S Exposure Files Lawsuit Against Multiple Companies

ECTOR CO, TX -- The family of the couple that died in a H2S Pump house has filed a lawsuit against multiple companies.

As previously reported, Jacob and Natalee Dean died this week after they were exposed to Hydrogen Sulfide at a pump house Jacob was responding to for Aghorn.

According to the Newswest 9, the family has now filed lawsuits against Aghorn Operating, Inc., Aghorn Oil & Gas, Inc., Gilliam’s Aghorn Energy, Inc. and Sentinel Transportation, LLC.

The two leave behind two children who are in custody of their grandparents.

“Our goal is to get a temporary restraining order to preserve all the appropriate evidence and begin our independent investigation into this matter,” said John Zaid, one of the Houston attorneys representing the family.

Correction: Originally reported that H2S was Hydrogen Sulfate. It should have read Hydrogen Sulfide. This was corrected.

there's quite a bit missing from this story. Maybe as an investigative reporter one could find the rest of it?
