50 Suspects Were Booked into the Tom Green County Jail Over the Weekend

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –Fifty suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including:

  • Anthony Camp was arrested for disorderly conduct affray at 12:57 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Emilio Lopez was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 10:30 p.m. His bond is set at $25,000. 
  • Lolita Penigar was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 7:42 p.m. Her bond is set at $42,500. 

Out of the 446 beds, 447 inmates are currently in jail as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday:

  • Jeanette Rodriguez was arrested for driving while intoxicated, DWLI, and failure to stop at a stop sign at 3:12 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,034 and was released at 7:43 a.m. 
  • Anthony McCarthy was arrested for seven MISC CPF and a MISC FTA at 4:51 a.m. His bond is set at $482 and was released at 3:43 p.m. 
  • Ryan Daigle was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 11:36 a.m. His bond was set at $3,000 and was released at 12:58 p.m. 
  • Danelle Garcia was arrested for MO criminal mischief between $750 and $2,500 at 11:38 a.m. She was released without bond at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Corbty Chitsey was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography at 3:18 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 3:28 p.m. 
  • Lily Garza was arrested for GJI fraud by possession multiple ID at 3:19 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joseph Sullivan was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance PG 3, and possession of a controlled substance PG 1 at 3:39 p.m. His bond is set at $12,000 and was released at Sunday at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Veronica Tanguma was arrested for nine MISC CPF at 4:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Martha Mendoza was arrested for seventeen MISC CPF at 5:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Anthony Jimenez was arrested for one MISC COMM at 5:36 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:13 p.m. 
  • Daniel Valladares-Laso was placed on a MISC ICE HOLD starting at 6:42 p.m. He was released without bond at 11:28 a.m. 
  • Yolando Barrera was arrested for class c theft and criminal trespassing at 7:27 p.m. Her bond was set at $924 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Sammy Velez was arrested for interference with emergency request for assistance at 7:41 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Saturday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Joe Tobar was arrested for GOB DWLI with a previous conviction at 8:04 p.m. His bond was set at $3,000 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Raul Vaquera was arrested for a MISC CPF at 8:43 p.m. He was released without bond Saturday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Joe Robles was arrested for GJI assault to a family member with a previous conviction, GJI assault to a family member by impeding breath, cell phone in a school zone, parked 15 feet from a hydrant, two MISC CPF, and a MISC VPTA at 9:07 p.m. His bond is set at $1,438. 
  • Ronald Holden was arrested for possession of a controlled substance PG1 and license plate on wrong vehicle at 9:39 p.m. His bond is set at $314.
  • Fernando Sandoval was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument and a MISC bench warrant at 11:07 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Daniel Duran-Perez was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 11:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Deserae Pacheco was arrested for a VOP possession of marijuana at 11:21 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Julio Cortez was arrested for MTR theft of a property with two or more previous conviction at 11:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Anthony Camp was arrested for disorderly conduct affray at 12:57 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Kevin Nelson was arrested for issuance of a bad check at 2:21 a.m. His bond was set at $1,278 and was released at 4:58 a.m. 
  • Marc Campos was arrested for public intoxication at 3:33 a.m. His bond was set at $442. 
  • Jose Mendoza-Rios was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon, driving while intoxicated, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:12 a.m. His bond was set at. 
  • Gabriel Garcia was arrested for assault by contact to a family member and public intoxication at 5:19 a.m. Her bond was set at $934 and was released at 10:43 a.m. 
  • Merlan Evaristo was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:12 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
  • David Ulisney was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a bac over .15 at 4:48 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released Sunday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Hazalynn Walker was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 6:42 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Poth was arrested for theft of a property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 7:14 p.m. His bond is set at $10,000. 
  • Lolita Penigar was arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 7:42 p.m. Her bond is set at $42,500. 
  • Marcial Martinez was arrested for public intoxication and a MISC FTA at 8:00 p.m. His bond was set at $1,024 and was released Sunday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Joshua Key was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction, no motorcycle endorsement on DL, no signal of intent, and two MISC VPTA at 8:15 p.m. His bond was set at $2,680 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Dennis Tijerno was arrested for MTR arson and accident involving serious bodily injury at 8:31 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christopher Powell was arrested for reckless driving at 9:38 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Sunday at 1:43 a.m. 
  • Artemio Salazar was arrested for evading arrest with a vehicle and no proof of financial responsibility at 9:52 p.m. His bond was set at $8,054 and was released at Sunday at 3:13 p.m.

  • Justin Elizondo was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:00 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:13 a.m. 
  • Dylan Scharnhorst was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:21 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 1:28 p.m. 
  • Haylee Baker was arrested for one MISC CPF at 4:04 a.m. She was released without bond at Monday at 1:58 a.m. 
  • Andrew Borrego was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 5:20 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Johnathan Boggs was arrested for public intoxication and pedestrian walking with traffic at 6:01 a.m. His bond was set at $662 and was released at 1:13 p.m. 
  • Marissa Dixon was arrested for displaying fictitious motor vehicle registration at 8:39 a.m. She was released without bond at 10:13 a.m. 
  • Ross Weatherford was arrested for GJI assault to a family member with a previous conviction, possession of marijuana, GJI possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:00 p.m. His bond is set at $1,420.
  • Lenard Barnes was arrested for assault by contact to a family member at 7:23 p.m. His bond is set at $492.

  • Wendy Ward was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing at 10:37 p.m. Her bond was set at $2,142 and was released Monday at 2:13 a.m.
