Assault to Elderly/Disabled Tops Thursday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including assault to the elderly, possession of a large amount of marijuana, and an indictment for a alleged child sex offender. 

  • Jason Murrell was arrested for GJI sexual assault of a child and GHI continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 at 10:32 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Damontry Walton was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 1:25 a.m. His bond is set at $52,500. 
  • Christina Contreras was arrested for assault against an elderly or disabled individual, assault by contact, resisting arrest, three MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, and a MISC possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:06 a.m. Her bond is set at $7,216. 

Out of the 446 beds, 436 inmates are currently in jail as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ 

  • Payton Ayers was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 1:05 a.m. His bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Christina Contreras was arrested for assault against an elderly or disabled individual, assault by contact, resisting arrest, three MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, and a MISC possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:06 a.m. Her bond is set at $7,216. 
  • Lorenzo Sanchez was arrested for violation of bond or protective order, public intoxication, and resisting arrest at 1:12 a.m. His bond was set at $5,942 and was released at 8:28 p.m. 
  • Damontry Walton was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 1:25 a.m. His bond is set at $52,500. 
  • Stanton Holder was arrested for public intoxication at 1:43 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
  • Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, pedestrian walking with traffic, and eight MISC FTA at 1:58 a.m. Her bond was set at $5,360 and was released at 4:28 p.m. 
  • James Russell was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana, public intoxication, criminal trespassing, and RPR criminal trespassing at 3:20 a.m. His bond is set at $942. 
  • Stephanie Olivas was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:48 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:43 a.m. 
  • Rafael Perez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:54 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Juan Lopez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:20 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:28 a.m. 
  • Jason Murrell was arrested for GJI sexual assault of a child and GHI continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 at 10:32 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ernest Hernandez was arrested for two MISC CPF at 11:29 a.m. His bond  has not been set at this time. 
  • Hiedi Polege was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 2:50 p.m. Her bond is set at $150,000. 
  • Marco Calderon was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a drug paraphernalia at 3:08 p.m. His bond was set at $1,420 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
  • Heliodoro Flores was arrested for a MISC VOP at 3:38 p.m. He was released without bond at 6:28 p.m. 
  • Dymeshika Lane was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:11 p.m. Her bond is set at $20,000. 
  • Heidi Bryan was arrested for injury to a child/elderly,disabled, with intent to cause bodily injury at 4:47 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Naomi Hurd was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 5:23 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
  • George Simmons was arrested for a MISC bench warrant at 7:45 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kevin Shipper was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 8:32 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Gregory Bejil was arrested for MISC VOP at 10:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Salley Stewart was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:59 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at Friday at 6:28 a.m.
