Police Seek Public's Help to Identify Serial Groper

ODESSA, TX –The Odessa Police Department is seeking the help of the public to identify a suspect that has been described as a “serial groper.”

According to CBS7, the suspect is described as a thin Hispanic male, with a height of approximately 5’6”- 5’9”. He has dark-colored hair combed back straight and was wearing a cap and a bandana covering part of his face during the groping incidents.

The suspect approached women by surprising women from behind or claiming to look for a lost dog before assaulting victims. It appears the suspect is targeting women who are alone in apartment complexes.
