Multiple Salacious Acts with a Child Tops Wednesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twelve suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including a sexual assault of a child, speeding in a school zone, and theft by check. 

• Dustin McVinnie was arrested for sexual assault, sexual assault of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:03 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Veronica Gomez was arrested for DWLI, no DL, speeding, in a school zone, five MISC CPF, MISC VPTA., and a MISC wrong placement or no registration sticker at 11:33 p.m. Her bond is set at $5,023. 
• Terry Foreman was arrested for theft of a property at 11:49 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:13 p.m. 

Out of the 446 beds, 443 inmates are currently in jail as of Thursday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ of Wednesday: 

• Rodney Titus was arrested for one MISC CPF, no DL, and a MISC VPTA at 2:07 a.m. His bond was set at $1,132 and was released at 3:58 p.m. 
• Terry Foreman was arrested for theft of a property at 11:49 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:13 p.m. 
• Dustin McVinnie was arrested for sexual assault, sexual assault of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:03 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Shani Stilwell was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and COMM possession of a controlled substance at 3:311 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Morning Ogden was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance and GOB prohibited weapon brass knuckles at 4:49 p.m. Her bond is set at $15,000. 
• William McLaughlin was arrested for four MISC COMM at 5:45 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Fabian Salas was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 7:06 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 8:13 p.m. 
• Yvonne Halstead was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 7:22 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Bobert Byerly was arrested for MTR assault to a family member with a previous conviction, failure to display a drivers license, speeding, and two MISC VPTA at 9:48 p.m. His bond is set at $2,166. 
• John Dick was arrested for MTR forgery of a financial instrument at 11:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Veronica Gomez was arrested for DWLI, no DL, speeding, in a school zone, five MISC CPF, MISC VPTA., and a MISC wrong placement or no registration sticker at 11:33 p.m. Her bond is set at $5,023. 
• Julian Hinojas was arrested for no DL, no proof of financial responsibility, and two MISC VPTA at 11:35 p.m. His bond was set at $3,866 and was released Thursday at 2:28 a.m.
