Possession of Drugs Top Monday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fourteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of marijuana, bail jumping, and resisting arrest. 

• Zachary Spinks was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:26 a.m. His bond was set at $1,642 and was released at 4:43 a.m. 
• Kyle Vanpelt was arrested for open container, VOP bail jumping, VOP DWLI with a previous conviction, and unregistered motor vehicle at 6:49 p.m. His bond is set at $15,630. 
• Chealsie Wycoff was arrested for resisting arrest at 8:46 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 

Out of the 446 beds, 436 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday:

• Eduardo Vargas was arrested for one MISC CPC at 3:18 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:28 p.m. 
• Zachary Spinks was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:26 a.m. His bond was set at $1,642 and was released at 4:43 a.m. 
• Stephanie Herrera was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 8:50 a.m. She was released without bond at 1:13 p.m. 
• Kelly Perry was arrested for three MISC CPF at 9:18 a.m. She was released without bond at 2:28 p.m. 
• Pablo Rodriguez was arrested for MTR engaging in organized criminal additivity at 10:18 a.m. He was released without bond at 11:43 p.m. 
• David Evans was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 10:42 a.m. He was released without bond at 2:58 p.m. 
• Michael Valdez was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 11:03 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Richard Gonzales was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a date/family/house at 11:22 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Russell Clayton was arrested for COMM assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 2:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Alejandro Lopez was arrested for two MTR possession of a controlled substance at 5:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Kyle Vanpelt was arrested for open container, VOP bail jumping, VOP DWLI with a previous conviction, and unregistered motor vehicle at 6:49 p.m. His bond is set at $15,630. 
• Chealsie Wycoff was arrested for resisting arrest at 8:46 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
• Ricky Hernandez was arrested for one MISC COP and no proof of financial responsibility at 9:47 p.m. His bond is set at $754. 
• Robert Bonner was arrested for public intoxication at 9:49 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Tuesday at 4:13 a.m.
