Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Tops Wednesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fourteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including a fugitive from justice, assault with a controlled substance, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 

• Cody Hughes was arrested for a MISC fugitive from a justice at 12:48 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Juan Delapaz was arrested for class c assault, resisting arrest, eight MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 3:24 p.m. His bond is set at $1,474. 
• Manuel Penner was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 10:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

Out of the 446 beds, 468 inmates are currently in jail as of Thursday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

• Cody Hughes was arrested for a MISC fugitive from a justice at 12:48 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Peter Greer was arrested for J/N forgery of a financial instrument, GOB possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify by giving false information, and GJI bail jumping at 2:29 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
• Mandy Pluff was arrested for burglary of a building at 4:25 a.m. Her bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
• Isreal Rojas was arrested for three MISC CPF at 4:44 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:58 p.m. 
• Steven Lopez was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:32 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
• Raymond Saldivar was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and burglary of a habitation at 11:49 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Juan Delapaz was arrested for class c assault, resisting arrest, eight MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 3:24 p.m. His bond is set at $1,474. 
• Veronica Gonzalez was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana above 4 oz and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 4:38 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:58 p.m. 
• Roman Medrano was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 6:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• Briana Adams was arrested for six MISC CPF at 7:16 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Sebastian Mata was arrested for one MISC CPF at 7:56 p.m. He was released without bond at 9:28 p.m. 
• Jason Starr was arrested for criminal trespassing at 8:19 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
• Anthony McCarthy was arrested for public intoxication, camping on public property, and two MISC FTA at 10:06 p.m. His bond was set at $2,390 and was released Thursday at 6:58 a.m. 
• Manuel Penner was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 10:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
