Terroristic Threat to a Public Servant Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Nineteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs while having a gun, and terroristic threat to a public servant. 

Out of the 446 beds, 485 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Frank Pendergrast was arrested for possession of marijuana at 12:44 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • James Hernandez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 1:08 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • A suspect was arrested for terroristic threat by impeding public service at 2:21 a.m. His bond is set at $25,000. 
  • Ryan Poague was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:38 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 4:13 p.m. 
  • Abram Baldera was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated, DWLI, and one MISC FTA at 10:39 a.m. His bond was set at 10:39 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. 
  • James Bauerlein was arrested for VOP assault that caused bodily injury to a family member and VOP theft of a property at 10:40 a.m. His bod has not been set at this time. 
  • Maria Guerrero was arrested for COMM theft of a property with two or more previous conviction at 11:15 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jose Garcia-Cortina was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:34 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christopher Gray was arrested for one MISC CPF and a MISC VOP at 1:26 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Gilbert Casarrez was arrested for possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 2:47 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 5:43 p.m. 
  • Felix Perales was arrested for theft of a property at 3:41 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 3:54 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for disorderly conduct by indecent exposure and one MISC FTA at 5:43 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,224 and was released at 7:43 p.m. 
  • Brandon Kimble was arrested for failure to identify by giving false information at 7:46 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • Robert Bonner was arrested for public intoxication at 8:01 p.m. His bond is set at $442. 
  • Javon Patterson was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 8:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Charity Hord was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, camping in a non-designated area, and one MISC FTA at 8:24 p.m. His bond is set at $1,566. 
  • Lisa Frietag was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 10:25 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Chayton Gray was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:39 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 1:28 a.m.
