Eagle Pass, TX – U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Eagle Pass South Station on Sept. 16, arrested a member of the Mara Salvatrucha, MS-13, criminal gang, who had been previously deported.
“Preventing violent criminals from entering our country illegally is paramount within the U.S. Border Patrol,” said Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Raul L. Ortiz. “The work by the men and women of the Border Patrol protects not only the local communities, but communities throughout the country.”
Border Patrol agents conducting linewatch operations near Eagle Pass, apprehended a 36-year-old Salvadoran national. Records checks revealed he was deported from the United States in December of 2018. He is a self-admitted member of the notorious MS-13 gang with an extensive criminal history to include abduction and kidnapping, robbery, obstruction of justice and felonious assault.
The man faces prosecution under 8 USC § 1326 – reentry after deportation, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

PermalinkWell now, I'm no Rhodes Scholar here but openly admitting to offering taxpayer funds to a foreign power, in exchange for attacking an American citizen, seems just a teensy bit worse to me. Does that seem worse to you? A sitting president openly committing treason.

PermalinkIf you dare to look on the Dept. of Public Safety web site under Gang Threat Assessment, you will see there are already 100,000 organized tier one Hispanic gang members just in the state of Texas. That doesn't count the smaller groups of tier 2 or tier 3 gang members. It's nice that they caught one but people should be aware of what's really going on.
