SAN ANGELO, TX -- A man was indicted this month for allegedly having sex with a girl who was under the age of 17.
According to court documents, on September 5, a Tom Green County Grand Jury indicted 21-year-old Bradley Wayne Doan for sexual assault of child.
This came after an investigation where deputies with the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office learned that on May 18, Doan had been with a child in San Angelo.
While they were together they slept in the same room.
Deputies say that Doan admitted to asking the child to touch her body. Then asking if she could take her clothes off where they eventually engaged in sexual intercourse.
Doan is charged with sexual assault of a child as well as a COMM possession of marijuana charge.
He is currently in the Tom Green County Jail and his bond has not been set at this time.
