INDICTMENT: Heroin Dealer Busted by SAPD

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A man was indicted in September for manufacturing and delivery heroin. 

According to court documents, on July 28, an officer with the San Angelo Police Department made a traffic stop on Brett Eggenberger. 

After learning that Eggenberger had an outstanding warrant for his arrest, he was detained and his vehicle was searched. 

During the search, police say they found a brown sticky substance that tested positive for heroin. 

Police say that the Eggenberger intentionally and knowingly possessed with intent to deliver Heroin in an amount greater than 4 grams but less than 200 grams. 

Manufacture and delivery is a first degree felony and is punishable by five to 99 years in prison. 

He is currently in the Tom Green County Jail and his bond is set at $50,000. 

His initial pretrial begins November 5 at 2:00 p.m.
