Speeding Without Buckling Up a Small Child Tops Wednesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Wednesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including assault to a family member, criminal trespassing, and speeding with a child under 8-years-old without using a seatbelt. 

Out of the 446 beds, 475 inmates are currently in jail as of Thursday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Wednesday: 

  • Michael Leech was arrested for failure to drive in a single lane and one MISC VPTA at 12:02 a.m. His bond was set at $1,108 and was released at 1:43 a.m. 
  • Devonte Franklin was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 12:27 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Andrea Barrera was arrested for theft of a property at 2:12 a.m. She was released without bond at 11:28 a.m. 
  • Mario Casarez was arrested for no DL and possession of a drug paraphernalia at 2:18 a.m. His bond was set at $1,086 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Rodney VIllafranco was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing and criminal trespassing at 2:14 a.m. His bond is set at $2,000. 
  • Alexandria Cardenas was arrested for MTR unauthorized use of a vehicle at 3:41 a.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • John Crisp was arrested for GJI aggravated sexual assault of a child at 8:46 a.m. His bond is set at $50,000. 
  • Griselda Watanave was arrested for credit card abuse at 11:06 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Vickie Murphy was arrested for COMM criminal trespassing at 11:14 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Fernando Fernandez was arrested for MISC non payment of child support at 1:03 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joshua Smith was arrested for GJI burglary of a building at 2:07 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Elijah Odell was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance and COMM possession of a controlled substance at 4:52 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Lisa Marie Esquivel was arrested for failure to change address on DL, no proof of financial responsibility, not placing a seat belt on a child under 8-years-old, speeding, one FTA, one MISC contempt of court, two MISC CPF, three MISC VPTA, and disregarding red light at 5:16 p.m. Her bond is set at $3,506. 
  • Eutimio Gomez was arrested for no DL, no proof of financial responsibility, seven MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, one MISC VOP, and two MISC VPTA. His bond is set at $2,876. 
  • Robert Clark was arrested for burglary of a habitation, evading arrest, and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 5:53 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Justin Bitner was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, expired vehicle registration, and one MISC VPTA at 6:37 p.m. His bond is set at $960. 
  • Leanna Markwell was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two MISC FTA at 6:52 p.m. His bond is set at $1,224. 
  • James Williams was arrested for RPR theft of a property, theft of a property, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, and criminal trespassing at 7:07 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  • Christopher Santiago was arrested for possession of marijuana at 7:45 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Michael Cortez was arrested for public intoxication at 10:11 p.m. His bond is set at $442. 
  • Victor Samaniegow as arrested for GOB DWLI with a previous conviction and one MISC CPF at 10:26 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • John Rodriguez was arrested for one MISC FTA at 11:16 p.m. His bond is set at $2,000.
