Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Tops Labor Day's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Sixteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including sexual assault of a child, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and leaving a correctional facility.

Out of the 446 beds, 482 inmates are currently in jail as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

• Hasiel Carrillo was arrested for public intoxication at 2:31 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 9:28 a.m. 
• Ryan Martinez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:51 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:28 a.m. 
• Cheree Smith was arrested for GJI aggravated sexual assault child, GJI indecency with a child by contact, and driving while intoxicated at 3:09 a.m. Her bond was set at $201,000.
• Joey Gonzales was arrested for a five MISC CPF at 3:24 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
• April Vineyard was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 6:53 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Sheree Acree was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 7:18 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,500 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
• Brandan Gilbert was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:24 a.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 5:43 p.m. 
• Michael Lafoy was arrested for theft of a property at 2:23 p.m. His bond was set at $2,300 and was released at 7:28 p.m. 
• Maurice Vickers was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 4:07 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:43 p.m. 
• Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:51 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 7:58 a.m. 
• Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:27 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Claudia Carrizales-Ponce was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 7:36 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Jose Mtanous was arrested for VOP burglary of a vehicle and VOP possession of a controlled substance. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Kirby Mills was arrested for burglary, theft of a property with two or more previous convictions, MTR possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, GJI unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility, unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility, and criminal trespassing at 7:59 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000. 
• Kelsey Durham was arrested for two MISC CPF at 8:35 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
• Joaquin Maldonado was arrested for failure to identify by giving false information, walking with traffic, possession of drug paraphernalia, one MISC CPF, one MISC FTA, and one MISC VOP at 8:48 p.m. His bond is set at $1,944.
