Multiple Driving While Intoxicated Tops Weekend's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Sixty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, and multiple thefts. 

Out of the 445 beds, 481 of them are occupied as of Monday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Valentina Martinez was arrested for assault to a public servant at 6:42 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Estaban Garcia was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container at 3:45 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:28 a.m. 
  • Demetria Rodriguez was arrested for failure to identify by giving false information, RPR failure to identify by giving false information, and criminal trespassing at 10:49 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Seth Romero was arrested for terroristic threat that caused fear of immanent serious bodily injury at 4:53 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:13 a.m. 
  • Axel Blanco was arrested for MTR evading arrest with a vehicle at 8:54 a.m. He was released without bond at 11:13 a.m.
  • Ikeysha Curry was arrested for J/N theft by check at 11:01 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Steven Gamez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:29 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michael Sanders was arrested for class c theft and four MISC FTA at 12:10 p.m. His bond was set at $2,452 and was released at 2:28 p.m. 
  • Marneco Pratt was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 3:09 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Corby Chitsey was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography at 3:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Anthony Woodson was arrested for a MISC VOP at 3:37 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Eric Benavides was arrested for criminal trespassing at 3:57 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 4:58 p.m. 
  • Rodolfo Cruz was arrested for DWLI at 4:39 p.m. His bond was set at $287 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Briana Acevedo was arrested for theft of a property, GJI possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, GOB failure to identify by giving false information, and GOB possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:20 p.m. Her bond is set at $4,142. 
  • Modesto Jimenez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 7:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Britney Chandeler was arrested for theft of a property and MTR hindering apprehension of a known felon at 8:29 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alejos Muniz was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 8:45 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Saturday at 4:13 a.m. 
  • Jonathan Borrego was arrested for evading arrest and three MISC CPF at 8:47 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Sky Munoz was arrested for RPR theft of a property and RPR failure to identify by giving false information, and four MISC CPF at 8:55 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Benjamin Davenport was arrested for evading arrest with a vehicle at 9:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • William Ford was arrested for no proof of financial responsibility and no signal of intent at 10:10 p.m. His bond is set at $914. 
  • Bryon Gutierrez was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and COMM possession of a controlled substance at 10:43 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Axel Camcho was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:49 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Saturday at 2:58 a.m. 
  • Kelly Lankford was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 10:59 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released Saturday at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Cheistene Rojas was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:24 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,000.
  • Justin Malloy was arrested for one MISC FTA at 11:33 p.m. His bond was set at $454 and was released Saturday at 2:58 a.m. 
  • Corey Cathey was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 11:39 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Saturday at 5:28 a.m. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • David Montez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 12:35 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Margarita Rodriguez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 1:04 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Juanita Mendoza was arrested for public intoxication at 1:19 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 11:13 a.m. 
  • Tamara Lina was arrested for public intoxication at 1:38 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 11:!3 a.m. 
  • Lindsey Lamm was arrested for three MISC CPF at 1:54. Her bond has not been set at this time and was released at 4:43 p.m. 
  • Michael Freeman was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:58 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Benjamin Daniels was arrested for no proof of financial responsibility, two MISC CPF, and one MISC VPTA at 3:14 a.m. His bond was set at $1,202 and was released at 4:13 p.m. 
  • Jimmie Tucker was arrested for MTR burglary of a habitation, MTR possession of a controlled substance, and MTR unauthorized absence from a community correctional facility at 5:24 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Michelle Mues was arrested for public intoxication and driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 7:18 a.m. Her bond is set at $14,442. 
  • Michael McVinnie was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 11:20 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christopher Ramirez was arrested for GOB evading arrest, failure to identify as a furtive from justice, failure to display DL, hazardous wake, and one MISC VPTA at 2:01 p.m. His bond is set at $72,264. 
  • Halston Hodeges was arrested for DWLI, expires MVIS, failure to stop at stop sign, four VPTA, and inoperable lights on a trailer at 4:07 p.m. His bond was set at $4,426 and was released at 6:13 p.m. 
  • Victor Bautista was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and driving while intoxicated at 5:02 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 3:42 a.m. 
  • Travis Ruschenberg was arrested for one MISC CPF at 8:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at at this time. 
  • Joanna Rivera was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and one MISC FTA at 8:27 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,324 and was released Sunday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Paul Henn was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:36 p.m. His bond was set at $642 and was released at 1:28 a.m.

  • Rudy Santellano was arrested for GJI burglary of a habitation at 3:35 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kelly Terrell was arrested for eighteen MSIC CPF at 1:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Alison Arteaga was arrested for violating her bond or protective order at 2:11 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Dolores Oranday was arrested for MISC theft under $100 at 4:52 p.m. Her bond is set at $800. 
  • Ashley Arteaga was arrested for class c theft, RPR possession of marijuana, and RPR criminal trespassing at 4:52 p.m. Her bond was set at $642. 
  • Kendall Gedney was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana at 5:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jose Sarzosa was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, no signal of intent, and five MISC CPF at 5:26 p.m. His bond is set at $860.
