Terroristic Threat Tops Thursday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Nineteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including terroristic threats, multiple warrant arrests, and possession of multiple drugs. 

Out of the 446 beds, 469 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday:

  • Francisco Lopez was arrested for public intoxication at 2:47 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
  • Dustin Riggs was arrested for DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, and one MISC FTA at 3:39 a.m. His bond was set at $1,465 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
  • Ryan Theriault was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:08 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:13 a.m. 
  • Emily Weatherby was arrested for MTR burglary of a habitation at 9:24 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Steven Spath was arrested for failure to stop at a stop sign and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:34 a.m. His bond was set at $1,002 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Roberto Salinas was arrested for GJI third or more driving while intoxicated at 1:02 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jenny Holland was arrested for GOB theft of property, GOB criminal trespassing, one MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 1:56 p.m. Her bond is set at $482. 
  • Mario Flores was arrested for one MISC CPF at 2:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Eliseo Torres was arrested for MTR assault that impeded the breath of a family member at 2:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kenneth Harvey was arrested for harassment was arrested for 3:41 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Cory Valadez was arrested for a MISC VOP at 4:05 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Hyeong Kim was arrested for RPR criminal mischief at 4:26 p.m. He was released without bond at 11:28 p.m. 
  • Christopher Rios was arrested for terroristic threat by causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury at 6:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Delos Wimberly was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance, J/N possession of a controlled substance, J/N criminal trespassing, and a MISC VOP at 7:26 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jose Flores was arrested for possession of marijuana and DWLI with a previous conviction at 8:17 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Joshua Gibbs was arrested for two MISC CPF at 10:03 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rudolpho Salinas was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 10:14 p.m. His bond is set at $1,500. 
  • Efren Cadena was arrested for one VPTA, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and passenger not secured by a seatbelt at 10:50 p.m. His bond is set at $1,592.
  • Robert Robinson was arrested for twelve MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 11:06 p.m. His bond is set at $482.
