Man Caught Exposing Himself Three Times in One Day on Campus

ABILENE, TX -- A man was arrested for exposing himself three times in one day on the Abilene Christian Campus. 

According to KTXS, on August 11, multiple woman told ACU police that a man was around campus naked and exposing himself. 

The first incident happened at around 7 a.m. when a woman was jogging past a parking lot and a man got out of his SUV naked. Then twenty minutes later the same man found the same woman and exposed himself again. 

The third incident happened at around 11 a.m., near the Stadium on ACU's Campus. The man pulled up behind another woman, as she was getting something out of her trunk, and began masturbating. 

This woman was able to get a license plate of the man's vehicle and police tracked him down to a Walgreen's. 

They then identified him as 31-year-old Brandon Lee Floyd of Clyde. 

Floyd denied exposing himself on campus that day but said he has done it before. Police say surveillance cameras confirm that Floyd did expose himself. 

Floyd is charged with three counts of indecent exposure.
