Stealing a Car and Aggravated Assault Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Twenty-five suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, and stealing a car. 

Out of the 446 beds, 478 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  • Rafeal Diaz was arrested for aggravated assault to a date/family/housemate with a deadly weapon at 12:49 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robert Osuji was arrested for assault by contact to a family member at 3:01 a.m. His bond was set at $492 and was released at 9:43 a.m. 
  • Joaquin Munoz was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury, one MISC FTA, class c theft, and RPR criminal trespassing at 5:15 a.m. His bond is set at $2,006. 
  • Kenneth Fowler was arrested for two MISC FTA at 8:19 a.m. His bond was set at $908 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
  • Andrew Chappa was arrested for MTR assault to a family member by impeding breath at 8:53 a.m. He was released without bond at 10:58 a.m. 
  • Jeremy Singer was arrested for theft of a material at 9:23 a.m. His bond is set at $5,000. 
  • Brandon Cassel was arrested for MTR aggravated assault with a date/family/housemate at 10:23 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Nikki Diaz was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, one MISC FTA, and one MISC fugitive from justice at 10:59 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,224. 
  • Avery Hawkins was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana, RPR possession of a controlled substance, RPR unlawful carrying of a weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:36 p.m. His bond was set at $420 and was released at 5:58 p.m. 
  • Meikal Lambert was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 2:30 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Walter Ahola was arrested for two MISC FTA and MISC contempt of court at 2:52 p.m. His bond was set at $1,352 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Mandi Clark was arrested for J/N fraud by destroying removal concealment writing and GJI possession of a controlled substance at 3:18 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Carson Allison was arrested for GOB burglary of a vehicle at 3:46 p.m. He was released without bond at 9:43 p.m. 
  • Matthew Clark was arrested for a MISC VPP at 3:55 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ann Souder was arrested for six MISC CPF at 4:22 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Robby Zeilgler was arrested for VOP harassment at 4:30 p.m. His bond was set at $5,000 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • John Henry was arrested for GJI aggravated sexual assault of a child at 4:49 p.m. He was released without bond at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Jason Ahola was arrested for one MISC FTA and possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:10 p.m. His bond was set at $1,088 and was released at 10:43 p.m. 
  • Stacy Rader was arrested for criminal mischief and criminal trespassing at 6:43 p.m. She was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Jazmine Valencia was arrested for one MISC CPF at 7:21 p.m. She was released without bond Wednesday at 4:28 a.m. 
  • Jacob Moya was arrested for VOP criminal mischief at 7:47 p.m. his bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Damon Bailey was arrested for possession of marijuana and a false drug test falsification device at 8:22 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Sergio Murillo was arrested for criminal mischief at 8:39 p.m. He was released without bond at 10:43 p.m. 
  • David Romero was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 10:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Justin Wade was arrested for possession of marijuana at 11:30 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Wednesday at 4:13 a.m.
