57-Year-Old Indicted for Lewd Acts with Multiple Children on the Same Day

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A 57-Year-Old was indicted in August for sexually assaulting multiple children in 2016. 

According to the Indictment, John Phillip Henry, 57, sexually assaulted two children under the age of fourteen years old on the same day. 

The acts happened on or about August 5, 2016. 

He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on August 20 and was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. 

He was released the same day on a $150,000 surety bond. 

He has a post indictment reporting hearing September 11 at 8:30 a.m.
