Child Predator Indicted on Multiple Charges

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A man was arrested for his indictment yesterday for multiple child sex charges.

According to the indictment, on December 19, 2014, Jesus Tobias, 61, allegedly forced a child to touch his genitals with the child's mouth.

The indictment also says that Tobias inappropriately touched the child multiple times that day.

This child at the time was younger than 14 years old.

He is indicted for two counts aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by sexual contact. The charges will be enhanced due to Tobias' previous charge of driving while intoxicated.

His bond is set at $150,000.
