Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Tops Weekend Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fifty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including bail jumping, criminal mischief, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 

Out of the 445 beds, 471 of them are occupied as of Monday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Kaya Paulhill was arrested for COMM possession of a marijuana at 9:58 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Donna Garcia was arrested for GJI obstruction at 2:08 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Oscar Padilla was being held for ICE starting at 2:14 p.m. 
  • Miguel Rodriguez was arrested for public intoxication at 2:47 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
  • Felipe Munoz-Villarruel was arrested for COMM DWLI at 3:28 p.m. He was released Sunday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Corby Chitsey was arrested for COMM possession of child pornography at 3:33 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 4:13 p.m. 
  • Courtney Coburn was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:03 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:28 p.m. 
  • Walter Wagner was arrested for failure to identify as a fugitive from justice and a MISC FTA at 4:05 p.m. His bond was set at $1,054 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Yanet was arrested for no driver's license and speeding at 4:18 p.m. She was released without bond at 10:43 p.m.
  • Joe Guerrero was arrested for a MISC VOP at 4:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ashley Bengston was arrested for MTR burglary of a building at 5:48 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Roberto Gonzales was arrested for forgery of a financial instrument at 6:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • A man (name has been redeacted at request of client with court order disposing case) was arrested for disorderly conduct at 7:26 p.m. Hsi bond was set at $392 and was released Saturday at 1:58 a.m. 
  • Nathan Ortiz was arrested for public intoxicated at 7:32 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Saturday at 7:32 p.m. 
  • Jonathan Lucio was arrested for a MISC bench warrant at 7:54 p.m. His bond has not been set this time. 
  • Kent Shelburn was arrested for a MISC bench warrant at 7:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Eric Gonzales was arrested for COMM credit card abuse at 8:09 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Anthony Cummings was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 8:15 p.m. His bond was set at $492 and was released Saturday at 12:58 a.m. 
  • Jonathan Munoz was arrested for DWLI, following too closely and two MISC FTA at 10:22 p.m. His bond was set at $642 and was released at Sunday at 2:43 p.m.  
  • Michael Sadler was arrested for COMM child support at 11:28 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Dustin Brown was arrested for one MISC CPF at 12:46 a.m. He was released without bond at 3:13 p.m. 
  • Elina Martinez was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:00 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  • Jordan Bergeron was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 4:23 a.m. His bond was set at $25,000 and was released at 11:28 a.m. 
  • Martin Galvan was arrested for a MISC VOP at 5:19 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joe Gutierrez was arrested for class c theft, consuming on/off premises, public intoxication at 6:40 a.m. His bond is set at $1,288 and was released at 2:43 p.m. 
  • Margy Sloan was arrested for public intoxication at 7:18 a.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released at 12:43 p.m. 
  • Eric Lewis was arrested for third or more driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:23 a.m. His bond is set at $20,420. 
  • Francisco Centeno was being held for the border patrol at 9:43 a.m. 
  • Juan Deigo-Jauregi  was being held for the border patrol at 10:01 a.m. 
  • Pedro Moreno was arrested for CPF theft of a property and VOP theft of a property at 12:07 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 3:13 a.m. 
  • Jesse Alvarado was arrested for possession of marijuana at 3:00 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Thomas Rose was arrested for possession of marijuana at 6:29 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:28 p.m. 
  • Lance Volpe was arrested for public intoxication at 6:38 p.m. His bond was set at $942 and was released Sunday at 4:28 a.m. 
  • Robbie Whitlock was arrested for possession of marijuana at 8:48 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 1:28 a.m. 
  • Brooke Smith was arrested for MTR theft of a property with two or more conviction and GJI unauthorized absence from a community correction facility at 8:51 p.m.Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • William Carthorne was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:08 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Sunday at 3:13 a.m. 
  • A man (name redacted after case disposed with court order) was arrested for public intoxication at 10:14 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at Sunday at 6:13 a.m. 
  • Ernest Guerra was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest, riding a bicycle on the wrong side of the road, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:05 p.m. His bond is set at $8,976. 
  • Matthew Kandl was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday: 

  • Richard Skelton was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 12:49 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Lorenzo Sanchez was arrested for criminal mischief, MTR criminal mischief, GJI criminal mischief, GOB violation of bond, MISC no proof of financial responsibility, and a MISC VPTA at 12:55 a.m. His bond is set at $1,552. 
  • Pierce Kassmeier was arrested for public intoxication at 2:59 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 8:58 a.m. 
  • Crystal Curl was arrested for DWLI, running a red light, and two MISC VPTA at 3:08 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,270 and was released at 4:28 a.m. 
  • James Carey was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 3:46 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:28 a.m. 
  • Christine Vandiver was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 4:16 a.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 9:28 a.m. 
  • James Bearden was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:52 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:58 a.m. 
  • Katie Owens was arrested for class c assault at 4:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $390 and was released at 9:13 p.m. 
  • David Lucio was arrested for no DL at 6:02 p.m. His bond was set at $444 and was released at 9:43 p.m. 
  • Matthew Wells was arrested for expired vehicle registration, sunscreen not approved by dps, eight MISC CPF and two MISC VPTA at 7:36 p.m. His bond was set at $2,018 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Henry James was arrested for assault the caused bodily injury to a family member at 8:26 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ann Telles was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 9:26 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Wesley Mitcham was arrested for GJI bail jumping at 10:14 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Meghann Rutledge was arrested for RPR fraud by destroying removal concealment writing, RPR failure to identify by giving false info, no drivers license, and defective tail lights at 11:54 p.m. Her bond is set at $758.
