These 'can you identify' photos seem to always be of extremely low resolution. In this case, I'd expect someone might identify the truck before the suspect, but the lack of info about the crime befuddles me. If they'd really like tips from the public, a more detailed description of the crime, date, location and circumstances would likely produce more results.

What was stolen, and where was the theft committed? Is this faceless man the thief or just someone who may know some stuff about a few things?
It's bad enough we have no idea what the perp looks like, but knowing what they're targeting and in which locations would help the public take preventative measures, if not outright identify the guy.
