Former ACU Student Acquitted on Rape Charges

ABILENE, TX -- A former student at Abilene Christian University was found innocent on all three counts of sexual assault. 

According to KTXS, in September of 2014, Jacob Windsor was arrested after a female student accused him of drugging and raping her. 

The victim stated that the two were at a party and he slipped something into her drink. She accused him of then having sex with her without her permission. 

On Tuesday a jury found Windsor innocent on all three counts of sexual assault.
