Assaulting a Peace Officer While Being Intoxicated Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Nineteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, assault on a peace officer while being intoxicated, and criminal trespassing. 

Out of the 446 beds, 479 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  • Anthony McCarthy was arrested for public intoxication at 12:06 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Epifaniio Salas was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:52 a.m. His bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 10:28 a.m. 
  • Daniela Lira was arrested for GOB manufacture and delivery and possession of a controlled substance at 1:09 a.m. Her bond is set at $25,000. 
  • Joe Gutierrez was arrested for public intoxication at 1:18 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Jack Jones was arrested for possession of marijuana at 2:50 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 5:58 a.m. 
  • Melissa Epperson was arrested for class c assault to a family member and resisting arrest at 4:55 a.m. Her bond was set at $992 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Pedro Rivera was arrested for VOP assault that caused bodily injury at 8:46 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Redgy Hall was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 9:48 a.m. He was released without bond at 10:43 a.m. 
  • Salena Hernandez was arrested for CPF DWLI with a previous conviction at 10:09 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  • Troy Williams was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 2:14 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Chris Martinez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 2:39 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Ashley Arteaga was arrested for class c assault on a peace officer, public intoxication, and resisting arrest at 3:28 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,434 and was released Wednesday at 3:13 a.m.
  • Jandie Sanchez was arrested for RPR criminal trespassing at 7:16 p.m. Her bond is set at $500. 
  • Renee Starnes was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 7:37 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joanna Rivera was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:27 p.m. Her bond was set at $842 and was released at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Mary Sutton was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:45 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at Wednesday at 1:28 a.m. 
  • John Maddox was arrested for public intoxication at 10:59 p.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released Wednesday at 3:43 a.m. 
  • Brandon Banks was arrested for a MISC bench warrant at 11:21 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jason McNeill was arrested for one MISC CPF at 11:50 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
