AMBER ALERT: 3-Week-Old Missing

AUSTIN, TX -- An amber alert has been sent out about a missing 3-week-old today. 

According to KTXS, on July 19 Britney Smith, 30, gave birth to Elijah Phillips. While in the hospital Smith used a fake name. 

Later that week on July 22 Smith gave her cousin 41-year-old Brandy Galbert permission to take the baby from the hospital. He has not been seen since. 

Police are looking for Smith, Gilbert, as well as the baby's father, 37-year-old Carl Dennis Hayden Jr. They are believed to be in the Austin or Killeen area, possibly with Elijah.
