Video Surfaces of Barefoot Burglar in Paul Ann

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A video has surfaced of the burglar that the San Angelo Police Department is searching for. 

On August 6 the SAPD responded to the 3000 block of McGill for the report of the burglar. 

The man was never found but a video of the burglary has surfaced.

Here it is. 

The man is described as a black male, wearing black shorts, with no shoes or shirt.
