Driving While Intoxicated Tops Thursday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-six suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including an indictment for breaking into a house,multiple driving while intoxicated, and theft of a property.

Out of the 446 beds, 454 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  1. Jeremy Rojas was arrested for class c assault to a family member at 12:31 a.m. His bond was set at $492 and was released at 6:13 a.m. 
  2. Amy Ramon was arrested for criminal trespassing at 12:47 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 7:58 a.m. 
  3. Cynthia Medina was arrested for a MISC CPF at 1:04 a.m. She was released without bond at 6:13 p.m. 
  4. Jeremy Hamilton was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:52 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
  5. Alma Bustos was arrested for interfering with public duties at 3:16 a.m. Her bon was set at $500 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
  6. Cristian Bustos was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:32 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
  7. Josue Garcia-Hidalgo was arrested for public intoxication at 3:52 a.m. His bond was set at $442 and was released at 11:13 a.m. 
  8. Alfred Bejil was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, one MISC CPF, and two MISC FTA at 4:45 a.m. His bond was set at $1,706 and was released at 6:13 p.m.
  9. Brianna Obryan was arrested for a MISC CPF at 9:31 a.m. She was released without bond at 3:58 p.m. 
  10. Terry Taylor was arrested for MISC fugitive from justice at 11:18 a.m. He was released without bond at 6:28 p.m. 
  11. Marco Tena was arrested for MTR theft of a property at 11:57 a.m. His bond is set at $50,000. 
  12. Kelly Tobin was arrested for GJI third or more driving while intoxicated at 12:22 p.m. She was released without bond at 2:58 p.m. 
  13. William Wadkins was arrested for possession of a marijuana at 2:20 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  14. Dana Timms was arrested for CPF theft of a property VOP theft of a property and GJI theft of a property at 2:33 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  15. Blanca Delrio was arrested for RPR theft of a property at 3:46 p.m. She was released without bond at 7:58 p.m.
  16. Jessie Sanchez was arrested for GJI burglary of a habitation at 3:48 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:58 p.m.
  17. Uriel Barrientos was arrested for VOP possession of marijuana at 4:54 p.m. He was released without bond at 8:13 p.m. 
  18. Michael Bryan was arrested for MTR credit card abuse, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, and two MISC CPF at 5:20 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  19. Charles Rose was arrested for theft of a property at 5:49 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:59 p.m. 
  20. Thomas Garza was arrested for DWLI and no proof of financial responsibility at 8:31 p.m. His bond is set at $1,468. 
  21. Ashley Cox was arrested for MTR forgery of a financial instrument, failure to identify by giving false information, RPR criminal trespassing, and criminal trespassing at 8:43 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,000. 
  22. Justin James was arrested for VOP assault that caused bodily injury to a police officer at 9:26 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  23. James Russell was arrested for possession of marijuana and criminal trespassing at 9:40 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at Friday at 6:13 a.m. 
  24. Thomas Torres was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:46 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Friday at 12:43 a.m.
  25. Eric Benefield was arrested for a MISC GHOST charge at 9:48 p.m. He was released without bond at 10:58 p.m. 
  26. Eric Benavides was arrested for criminal trespassing at 10:07 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Friday at 12:13 a.m.
