SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Crime Stoppers of San Angelo are seeking information about a man who is wanted for inappropriately touching a child.
According to Court Documents, in the summer of 2009 an outcry from an 11-year-old about a man who had touched her genitals underneath her underwear.
The man is identified as 39-year-old Cesar Cano Jr.
He is charged with indecency of a child by contact and has been indicted on that charge. He is wanted and if you have any information contact the crime stoppers here. They are offering a $300 cash reward for information that leads to his arrest.
Cano has a prior criminal history including possession of a large amount of cocaine, assaulting family members, and other alcohol charges.
He is considered dangerous so if you see this man do not approach him. Instead contact police immediately.
