Marijuana Possession Tops Wednesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including possession of marijuana over four ounces, possession of a controlled substance with marijuana, and driving while intoxicated with a child in the car. 

Out of the 446 beds, 464 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

1. Jenny Holland was arrested for RPR theft of a property, class c theft, and two MISC FTA at 12:25 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,488. 
2. James Friar was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 1:41 a.m. His bond is set at $500 and was released at 2:58 a.m. 
3. Manuel Vazquez was arrested for no rear reflector on a bicycle and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:50 a.m. His bond was set at $966 and was released at 3:43 a.m. 
4. Brady Richardson was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon and DWLI at 5:15 a.m. His bond was set at $950 and was released at 8:28 a.m. 
5. Monica Duran was arrested for nine MISC COMM at 6:14 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
6. Rodney Villafranco was arrested for criminal trespassing at 9:37 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:28 p.m.
7. Freddie Jordan was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance at 11:42 a.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
8. Cody Carpenter was arrested for COMM aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 12:08 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
9. Pedro Rivera was arrested for a MISC VOP at 12:19 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
10. Cipriano Aguilera was arrested for GOB aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and GOB possession of a controlled substance at 2:55 p.m. He was released without bond at 4:58 p.m. 
11. Jarrod Clark was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 2:58 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
12. Eribin Perez-Jaco was being held for the border patrol at 3:07 p.m. He was released at 7:13 a.m. 
13. Kaya Paulhill was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 3:08 p.m. He was released without bond at 4:58 p.m. 
14. Ivan Alvarez was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana and COMM failure to identify by giving false information at 3:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
15. Antonio Villegas was arrested for COMM second driving while intoxicated at 3:19 p.m. He was released without bond at 5:28 p.m. 
16. Karen Walker was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance, RPR possession of a controlled substance, and GJI bail jumping at 3:35 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
17. Guadalupe Morales was arrested for theft of a property at 4:32 p.m. His bond is set at $1,600 and was released at 6:58 p.m. 
18. Robyn Roe was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age at 5:07 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
19. Brady Richardson was arrested for unlawful possession of a fire arm by a felon and DWLI at 5:12 p.m. His bond is set at $454. 
20. Maragita Rodriguez was arrested for walking with traffic, RPR criminal trespassing, criminal trespassing, and seven MISC FTA at 6:58 p.m. His bond is set at $4,412. 
21. Juan Quintana was arrested for criminal trespassing at 8:18 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Wednesday at 2:28 a.m. 
22. Lluvia Valenzuela was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and failure to identify by giving false information at 9:05 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,500. 
23. Jose Morales was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and failure to identify by giving false information at 9:26 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
24. Darla Yarbrough was arrested for public intoxication at 10:58 p.m. Her bond was set at $442 and was released Wednesday at 5:28 a.m. 
25. Johnnie Gonzales was arrested for theft of a property and possession of a controlled substance at 11:29 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
26. Torivio Villarreal was arrested for CPF possession of marijuana, VOP possession of marijuana, and three MISC CPF at 11:35 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
27. Quinton Batiste was arrested for possession of marijuana over four ounces but less than five pounds at 11:53 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
