Hiding a Felon and a Military Hold Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including hiding a felon, manufacture and delivery, and a US Military Hold. 

Out of the 450 beds, 458 of them are occupied as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday:

  1. Stephen Bobholz was arrested for three counts of public intoxication and two MISC FTA at 12:46 a.m. His bond was set at $2,490 and was released at 6:28 a.m. 
  2. Brett Eggenberger was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and a MISC VOP dangerous drugs at 1:14 a.m. His bond is set at $50,000. 
  3. Chriselda Esquivel was arrested for class c theft at 2:03 a.m. Her bond was set at $424 and was released at 3:13 a.m. 
  4. Ricardo Montes was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, MTR possession of a controlled substance, and MTR deadly conduct by discharging a weapon at 5:05 a.m. His bond is set at $65,000. 
  5. Emily Carter was arrested for COMM driving while intoxicated at 11:22 a.m. She was released without bond at 4:13 p.m. 
  6. Alexis Guzman was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:28 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:13 p.m. 
  7. VIcky Chanviyachat was arrested for COMM theft of a property at 11:30 a.m. She was released without bond at 4:13 p.m. 
  8. Jerry Pleasant was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:38 a.m. He was released without bond at 4:13 p.m. 
  9. Jesse Lucas is being held for the US Marshal Service at 12:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  10. Veronica Reyes was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana at 2:08 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 4:13 p.m. 
  11. Eddie Lara was arrested for GJI indecency with a child by sexual contact at 2:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  12. Vincent Serbantez was arrested for assault to a family member by impeding breath at 2:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. Valerie Gibson was arrested for hindering apprehension of a known felon at 2:39 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  14. Rodney Villafranco was arrested for criminal trespassing at 3:14 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Tuesday at k5:58 a.m. 
  15. Daxston Shaw was arrested for GJI possession of a controlled substance at 4:20 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:28 p.m. 
  16. Virginia Lara was arrested for J/N manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 4:23 p.m. She was released without bond at 5:28 p.m. 
  17. Hugo Ortiz was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open alcoholic container at 5:04 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released Tuesday at 2:58 a.m. 
  18. Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:26 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  19. Cody Stefanek was being held for the US Military starting at 6:40 p.m. He was released Tuesday at 8:43 a.m. 
  20. Thomas Garza was arrested for evading arrested arrest and unlawful carry of a weapon at 7:48 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  21. Phillip Devanney was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury at 8:50 p.m. His bond is set at $1,600. 
  22. Nicholas Valverde was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 11:23 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
