WATCH: Deputies Chase Down Suspect on Bicycle

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies chased down a suspect on a bicycle in north San Angelo Wednesday morning. 

Scanner reports and witnesses on the scene indicate the suspect fled deputies on a possible stolen bicycle for about a mile before being stopped in the vicinity of 11th St. and Volney.

Deputies called an ambulance when the suspect complained about chest pains. 

The suspect was taken into custody and then transported to the hospital.
