Three Indicted on Federal Charges for Pounds of Meth, Ounces of Heroin, and Multiple Firearms

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The U.S. Marshals Service arrested three people on Monday due to them being indicted for having pounds of meth, ounces of heroin, and multiple guns. 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, members of the Department’s Street Crimes Division and the U.S. Marshals Service served three warrants for the Federal narcotic and firearm charges. 

The first place the team went was the 200 block of West Avenue V. This is where they found 44-year-old Michael Zapata. Zapata was served this indictment after the streets crime division seized 13 ounces of methamphetamine, one and a half ounces of heroin, and two guns. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 10:50 a.m. 

The second warrant was for 52-year-old Robert Bejil. Bejil was located in a residence on the 100 block of West Avenue T. This indictment came after the streets crime division seized 10 pounds of methamphetamine He was booked into the TGCJ at 10:55 a.m. 

Later in the day the team served the final warrant for 32-year-old Daniel Clift. He was located on the 600 block of North Jackson. His indictment came after the streets crime division seized one pound of methamphetamine from his residence. Clift was booked into the Tom Green County Jail at 3:28 p.m. 

They are all three facing federal charges for these offenses.
