SAN ANGELO, TX – Sixteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.
The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including public intoxication, aggravated robbery, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Out of the 450 beds, 442 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning.
The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday:
- Damien Pena was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and GJI possession of a controlled substance at 6:46 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Jimmy Garcia was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and eleven MISC FTA at 9:16 a.m. His bond is set at $5,764
- Marc Ramon was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 12:04 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Rainer Wurz was arrested for CPF driving while intoxicated and VOP driving while intoxicated at 2:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Andres Moreno-Ibarra is on a MISC border patrol hold starting at 2:58 p.m.
- Margarito Juarez-Torres is on a MISC border patrol hold starting at 2:58 p.m.
- Eric Martinez was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 4:19 p.m. He was released without bond at 6:58 p.m.
- Clayton Sessom was arrested for CPF possession of marijuana and MISC aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon at 5:14 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Robert Rittperpusch was arrested for robbery, GOB possession of marijuana, and unlawful carrying of a weapon at 5:19 p.m. His bond is set at $500.
- Joe Ramirez was arrested for no drivers license at 5:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Lamar Johnson was arrested for GJI stalking and a MISC VOP at 8:22 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
- Roxanne Schaefer was arrested for MTR aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 9:00 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
- Juan Quintana was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespassing at 9:02 p.m. His bond is set at $1,142.
- James Ratliff was arrested for assault by contact and assault to a family member at 10:59 p.m. His bond is set at $984.
- Tasha Johnson was arrseted for two counts of public intoxication and a MISC FTA at 11:07 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,566.
- Lashauna Delarosa was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:22 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
