Traffic Stop Leads Police to Seize More Than 50 lbs of Pot

 

WINTERS, TX -- The winters police department seized over 50 pounds of pot after a traffic stop yesterday.

On July 10 the Winters Police Department pulled over a driver and noticed several things that made the officer feel suspicious so a K-9 was called in.

According to the Winters Police Department, K-9 Rob was called in and alerted on the vehicle.

51 pounds of marijuana was located.

The unidentified driver was arrested and booked into the Runnels County Jail.
