Money Laundering and Escaping Police Custody Tops Independence Weekend's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Fifty-two suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including multiple assaults, multiple drug charges, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 

Out of the 445 beds, 423 of them are occupied as of Monday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday:

  1. Martin Ortiz was arrested for driving while intoxicated and no insurance at 12:44 a.m. His bond was set at $1,554 and was released at 6:28 a.m. 
  2. Cody Harris was arrested for boating while intoxicated at 12:42 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 6:28 a.m. 
  3. Margaret Guerrero was arrested for resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated, and no insurance at 12:51 a.m. Her bond was set at $2,054 and was released at 7:58 a.m. 
  4. Dyson Gallien was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:03 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 7:58 a.m. 
  5. Eduardo Garcia was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 4:48 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at Sunday at 12:13 a.m. 
  6. Homero Quintanilla was arrested for criminal trespassing at 4:56 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 9:13 a.m. 
  7. Ruben Lira was arrested for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three MISC COMM at 9:46 a.m. His bond is set at $642.
  8. Jaanette Martinez was arrested for GOB theft of a property and four MISC CPF at 10:27 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  9. Mario Delarosa was arrested for J/N sexual assault of a child at 10:47 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  10. Michael Obrien was arrested for possession of marijuana, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, and money laundering at 1:49 p.m. His bond is set at $16,000 and was released Saturday at 5:58 p.m. 
  11. Paul Guevara was arrested for possession of marijuana and DWLI with a previous conviction at 2:53 p.m. His bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 3:58 p.m. 
  12. Raymond Brink was arrested for RPR criminal mischief at 3:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. Henry Magee was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 4:24 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 5:43 p.m. 
  14. Billy Quisenberry was arrested for two MISC CPF at 5:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  15. Michael Boase was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:41 p.m. His bond was set at $1,420 and was released at 8:13 p.m. 
  16. Gregory Moon was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 6:47 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 8:13 p.m. 
  17. Michael Sadler was arrested for one MISC COMM contempt of court-child support at 8:17 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  18. Noe Florez was arrested for two MISC CPF at 8:44 p.m. He was released without bond Sunday at 2:43 a.m. 
  19. Sylvestre Romero was arrested for failure to change address on a driver license, no proof of financial responsibility, and four VPTA at 10:00 p.m. His bond was set at $3,134 and was released Saturday at 12:28 a.m. 
  20. Eddie Acosta was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction and one MSIC FTA at 11:13 p.m. His bond is set at $3,000. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  1. Rodney Villafranco was arrested for indecent exposure at 12:22 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released Sunday at 12:13 p.m. . 
  2. Brandon Cavazos was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 12:24 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  3. Jennifer Herring was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:08 a.m. Her bond is set at $1,000 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
  4. Joshua Purdey was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, evading arrest, escape while arrested, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 5:31 a.m. His bond is set at $850,000.
  5. Max Weber was arrested for six MISC FTA at 5:38 a.m. His bond is set at $7,985 and was released at 10:13 a.m. 
  6. Michael Guevara was arrested for MTR credit card abuse at 6:31 a.m. His bond is set at $20,000. 
  7. Veroncia Cerritos was arrested for VOP criminal mischief and VOP criminal trespassing at 6:43 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  8. Rodrigo Herrera was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 9:45 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:58 a.m. 
  9. Manuel Oropeza was arrested for FTA possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana at 1:08 p.m. His bond was set at $4,000 and was released at 3:58 p.m. 
  10. Alexis Ortiz was arrested for theft of a property, MTR possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana, GOB possession of marijuana, and GOB possession of a controlled substance at 1:15 p.m. Her bond is set at $26,500. 
  11. David Saldivar was arrested for MTR assault to a family member with a previous conviction, possession of a controlled substance, and evading attest at 2:01 p.m. his bond is set at $35,500. 
  12. Juan Quintana was arrested for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one MISC FTA at 6:56 p.m. His bond is set at $1,866. 
  13. Jimmy Garica was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 8:38 p.m. His bond was set at $642 and was released at 11:58 p.m. 
  14. Pedro Salinas was arrested for one MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 8:49 p.m. His bond is set at $482 and was released Sunday at 12:13 a.m. 
  15. Eric Garcia was arrested for GJI assault to a family member with a previous conviction, no drivers license, one MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 8:53 p.m. His bond is set at $926. 
  16. Ernesto Govea was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and one MISC CPF at 9:04 p.m. His bond is set at $7,714. 
  17. Mathew De La Cruz was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and MO criminal trespassing at 9:14 p.m. His bond is set at $642.

  2. Victoria Renteria was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana at 12:40 a.m. Her bond was set at $550 and was released at 5:13 p.m.
  3. Juan Esquivel was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:00 a.m. His bond was set at $1,420 and was released at 7:28 a.m. 
  4. Jesus Martinez was arrested for issuance of a bad check, two counts of DWLI, no proof of financial responsibility, one MISC FTA and two MISC VPTA at 5:50 a.m. His bond was set at $4,186 and was released at 9:58 a.m. 
  5. Abelehza Herrera was arrested fpr forgery of a financial instrument at 1:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  6. Tasha Johnson was arrested for criminal trespassing at 1:25 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 2:58 p.m. 
  7. Robert Torres was arrested for terroristic threat of a family member and DWLI at 6:05 p.m. His bond was set at $1,234 and was released at 11:13 p.m.

  10. Victor Wisdom was arrested for assault causing bodily injury to a family member and interference with emergency request for assisstance at 7:07 p.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  11. Migel Fuentes was arrested for disorderly conduct and DWLI at 8:49 p.m. His bond was set at $1,176 and was released Monday at 5:13 a.m. 
  12. Richard Trevino was arrested for VOP fraud by destroying removal concealment writing at 9:20 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. John Jones was arrested for assault causing bodily injury to family member and MTR assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 10:33 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  14. Jerry Price was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:42 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
