SAN ANGELO, TX -- The San Angelo Police Department arrested four teens following a chase Wednesday night.
According to the SAPD, on July 2, an officer with SAPD's patrol division spotted a stolen 2006 Ford F150 at the Stripes on North Chadbourne.

Another male juvenile, age 15, was arrested for Evading Arrest Detention on Foot, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, and a Juvenile Directive to Apprehend Warrant. The juveniles were transported to the Tom Green County Juvenile Justice Center. PermalinkSomething we all should keep in mind, when someone makes the infamous overcrowded "clown car" references or jokes.
When certain brands of comedy or jokes fly over the heads of an audience at times, save for a very poor delivery, these are usually for reasons of being unrelatable, and are subsequently deemed "unfunny".
When a joke (which incites laughter, or not) is considered "racist", though at times slightly exaggerated for comedic effect, it's usually because the content has been proven to be demonstrably true.
