Offender's Refusal to Register Tops Thursday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Eighteen suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Thursday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including bringing back a convicted child sex predator for court, driving while intoxicated, and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. 

Out of the 445 beds, 416 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  • Abel Buitron-Salas was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:19 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 6:43 p.m. 
  • Terrell Powell was arrested for possession of marijuana at 10:53 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 3:13 p.m. 
  • Arthur Ceja was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:30 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Thomas Ludlow was arrested for a MISC VOP at 11:32 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Chompy Perez was arrested for MTR sex offender duty to register annually at 2:12 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Matthew Wofford was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, no reflection on bicycle, and a MISC VPTA at 3:25 p.m. His bond is set at $972. 
  • Sonya Favela was arrested for consuming an alcoholic beverage on licensed premises in prohibited hours and three MISC CPF at 3:33 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Mariah Marquez was arrested for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance at 3:36 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Candice Smith was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 4:00 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joadam Aguero was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 4:32 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Johnny Martinez was arrested for criminal mischief at 5:32 p.m. He was released without bond at 7:13 p.m. 
  • Jerson Sanchez was arrested for aggravated assault of a child and a MISC bench warrant aggravated sexual assault of a child at 7:32 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Rachel Sura RPR criminal trespassing at 7:27 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Wynzell Lee was arrested for GOB possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated at 7:47 p.m. His bond is set at $3,500. 
  • Sterling Harkey was arrested for GOB possession of a controlled substance and a MISC bench warrant at 7:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Aaron Branum was arrested for VOP assault to a family member and VOP resisting arrest at 8:53 p.m. He was released without bond at 9:58 p.m. 
  • Jacob Schultz was arrested for possession of a marijuana at 10:05 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 11:13 p.m. 
  • Devin Tinney was arrested for public intoxication at 10:37 p.m. His bond was set at $440 and was released Friday at 5:43 a.m.
