Abilene Man Arrested After Allegedly Forcing Four-Year-Old Victim to Touch Him

ABILENE, TX -- An Abilene man was arrested and charged with indecency with a child on Tuesday after a report was filed.

Court documents obtained by KTXS allege that Garza, 30, acted inappropriately with a 4-year-old victim. The report was filed after the victim came forward and said she was forced to inappropriately touch Garza.

The victim was forensically interviewed by police and made the accusation. Documents say the victim promised to tell the truth.

Garza initially agreed to do an interview with police, but later canceled the meeting.

He was arrested and put in the Taylor County Jail. He was released on a $200,000 bond.
