Multiple Border Patrol Holds Top Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-four suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including an indictment for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated sexual assault of a child, and multiple border patrol holds. 

Out of the 445 beds, 431 of them are occupied as of Tuesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Monday: 

  • Veronica Cerritos was arrested for theft of a property with two or more previous conviction, COMM criminal mischief, and COMM criminal trespassing at 7:49 a.m. Her bond was set at $7,500 and was released at 11:43 a.m. 
  • Corina Pena was arrested for DWLI with a previous conviction at 8:30 a.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released at 11:28 a.m. 
  • Cassandra Guerrero was arrested for three MISC CPF at 9:14 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Koby Howell was arrested for engaging in criminal activity at 11:22 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Anthony Jimenez was arrested for four MISC COMM at 12:12 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Randall Sparkman was arrested for COMM sex offenders duty to register at 12:20 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Cheyanne Jackson was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 1:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Steven Bartholomeo was arrested for theft of a property, one MISC CPF, and one MISC FTA at 3:47 p.m. His bond is set at $482. 
  • Roberto Salinas was arrested for one MISC CPF at 3:56 p.m. He was released without bond Tuesday at 2:13 a.m. 
  • Marc Duarte was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child at 4:26 p.m. His bond is set at $20,000. 
  • Marvin Munoz-Chicas was being held for the border patrol starting at 5:05 p.m. 
  • Elizabeth Rivera-Dubon was being held for the border patrol starting at 5:16 p.m. 
  • Carlos Mundo-Flores was being held for the border patrol starting at 5:20 p.m. 
  • Jennifer Sanchez was arrested for class c theft, GOB resisting arrest, evading arrest, failure to identify as a fugitive from justice, abusive language, and two MISC FTA at 5:35 p.m. Her bond is set at $2,898. 
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and COMM possession of a controlled substance at 5:48 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Luis Mendoza was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 6:04 p.m. He was released without bond at 11:43 p.m. 
  • Wesley Proctor was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC over .15 at 7:28 p.m. his bond was set at $1,500 and was released Tuesday at 1:43 a.m. 
  • James Motley was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 8:01 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jerry Flores was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 8:51 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Shermon Sutton was arrested for burglary of a building and a MISC bench warrant at 8:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jennifer Lamb was arrested for three MISC CPF at 9:14 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Calvin Ashlock was arrested for GJI aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at 9:34 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Roxanne Schaefer was arrested for credit card abuse at 10:11 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jamaukas Guidry was arrested for unauthorized absence community correctional facility at 11:46 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
