55-Year-Old Man Arrested After Confessing to Lewd Acts with a Child

ABILENE, TX -- A 55-year-old man from Colorado City, TX was arrested Monday after confessing to sexually assaulting a child. 

On June 10, Michael Scott,55, was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child. 

The acts occurred in 2012 and according to KTXS, Scott confessed to sexually assault a 15-year-old girl. 

Scott is currently in the Taylor County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
