Animal Cruelty Tops Monday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-five suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Monday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including animal cruelty, possession of marijuana whiile drunk driving, and burglary of a building. 

Out of the 445 beds, 420 of them are occupied as of Friday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Thursday: 

  1. Christian Perez was arrested for deadly conduct by discharging at firearm at 12:17 a.m. His bond was set at $100,000 and was released at 2:28 p.m. 
  2. Joshua Lewis was arrested for J/nN possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and GJI bail jumping at 12:37 a.m. His bond is set at $500. 
  3. Guadaliupe Jaso was arrested for J/N criminal trespassing at 12:52 a.m. He was released without bond at 12:28 p.m. 
  4. Alexis Gerardo was arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated at 5:38 a.m. His bond was set at $2,000 and was released at 12:28 p.m. 
  5. Jessica Pond was arrested for MTR possession of marijuana at 9:26 a.m. She was released without bond at 12:13 p.m. 
  6. Laura Tapia was arrested for a MISC VOP at 10:01 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  7. Nina Souders was arrested for five MISC CPF at 10:04 a.m. Her bond is set at $182. 
  8. Arthur Canava was arrested for four MISC CPF and one MISC FTA at 10:20 a.m. His bond is set at $482. 
  9. Clyde Johnsonw as arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 10:28 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  10. Cody Helmers was arrested for MTR third or more driving while intoxicated at 10:32 a.m. His bond ha not been set at this time. 
  11. Leticia Paiz was arrested for expired vehicle registration, two MISC CPF, one VPTA, and cruelty to animals at 11:12 a.m. Her bond is set at $962. 
  12. Christopher Harris was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a MISC bench warrant at 1:15 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  13. Gary Rightsell was arrested for two MISC CPF at 1:17 p.m. His bond has ont been set at this time. 
  14. Pedro Galvan was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and one MISC VOP at 1:30 p.m. His bond has not been set at thist time. 
  15. James Jackson was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 2:24 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  16. Lionel King was arrested for COMM evading arrest at 2:37 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  17. Marcus Bryant was arrested for GJI assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 3:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  18. Tommy Samaripa was arrested for burglary of a building at 3:29 p.m. His bond is set at $7,500. 
  19. Marcus Turner was arrested for possession of marijuana and false drug test device at 4:28 p.m. His bond is set at $3,500. 
  20. Livorio Ponce was arrested for MTR third or more driving while intoxicated at 4:30 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  21. Phillip Courtney was arrested for DWLI and two MISC CPF at 5:27 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  22. Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 5:28 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  23. Braulio Rodriquez was arrested for two MISC CPF at 5:44 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  24. Charles Bell was arrested for possession of marijuana and RPR evading arrest with a vehicle at 7:13 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  25. Victor Sanchez was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance, RPR evading arrest, and RPR failure to identify as a fugitive from justice at 11:10 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
