Man Arrested for Possessing Lewd Videos of Young Boy

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A man was arrested on Friday after an online tip led Department of Public Safety Troopers to find pornographic videos of a child. 

On May 31, The DPS received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a suspected person who may have uploaded a file to instagram. 

Troopers met with Jesse Hernandez, 23, who admitted to them that he had been using Instagram and Shapchat to send and receive child pornography. 

According to the affidavit, during the search of Hernandez's phone troopers found a video of a male child nude, manipulating his genitals in a sexual manner. 

Hernandez is charged with possession of child pornography which is a third degree felony. He is currently in the Tom Green County Jail and his bond is set at $15,000.
