Man Arrested After Exposing Himself to a Group of Children

ABILENE, TX -- A man was arrested yesterday after a child's father contacted police about a man who touched his daughter. 

In the summer of 2018 a child was visiting her mother. While there the child and other children went into Paul Killam's, 36, apartment. 

According to KTXS, allegedly touched her inappropriately and exposed himself to her.

The father first reported the incident on January 18. Police say that the child stated that she was touched all over her clothing and in her "no no area.

On May 28 Killam was arrested and charged with indecency with a child by sexual contact. He is currently in the Taylor County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
