Aggravated Robbery and Assaulting an Officer Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Twenty-three suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including prostitution, assault on a public servant, and aggravated robbery. 

Out of the 445 beds, 426 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday: 

  • John Cook was arrested for assault on a public servant and obstruction at 12:08 a.m. His bond is set at $30,000. 
  • Bryan Spencer was arrested for two MISC CPF at 12:31 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Kelly Fryar was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and no front like on a bike at 3:22 a.m. His bond is set at $6,324. 
  • Yolanda Sanchez was arrested for criminal trespassing at 6:54 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Christal Acevedo was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 8:48 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Layne Lubke was arrested for VOP criminal trespassing at 9:26 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jacob Barry was arrested for possession of marijuana at 9:35 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 2:13 p.m. 
  • Joshua Fuqua was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 9:54 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Chastidy Walker was arrested for COMM manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 10:17 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Conchita Bermea was arrested for COMM possession of a controlled substance at 10:44 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Victoria Newman was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, one MISC FTA, two MISC no DL, and two MISC VPTA at 11:14 a.m. Her bond is set at $4,308. 
  • Peter Spray was arrested for no DL, two MISC CPF, and one MISC VPTA at 11:20 a.m. His bond was set at $1,060. 
  • Zachery Lucero was arrested for aggravated robbery, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a drug paraphernalia at 1:16 p.m. His bond is set at $642. 
  • Felipe Rivero-Ponce was being held for the border patrol starting at 2:55 p.m. 
  • Amy Stewart was arrested for her third or more prostitution charge, public intoxication, and one MISC FTA at 2:59 p.m. Her bond is set at $1,024.
  • Robert Estrada was arrested for COMM possession of marijuana at 3:24 p.m. He was released without bond at 6:58 p.m. 
  • Charles Curtis was arrested for COMM prohibited weapon and COMM criminal trespassing at 3:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Isaac Cadena was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance at 4:38 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jesus Valdez was arrested for COMM fleeing a police officer at 5:09 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Jorge Arreola was arrested for resisting arrest and failure to identify at 8:46 p.m. His bond is set at $850. 
  • Michael Clark was arrested for public intoxication and two MISC FTA at 8:46 p.m. His bond is set at $1,948. 
  • Surena Rojas was arrested for MTR manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and failure to identify as a fugitive by giving false information at 9:34 p.m. Her bond is set at $500. 
  • Joe Salas was arrested for assault to a family member with a previous conviction at 11:49 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
