Police Raid Home to Find 163 Grams of Meth

 

ABILENE, TX – A man was arrested early yesterday morning after a police served a search warrant in his home.

On May 16, the Abilene Police Department served a search warrant at the home of Vincent Ramirez.

They arrived at around 5:30 a.m. and found 163 grams of methamphetamine as well as packaging material.

According to KTXS, police also found marijuana and a loaded handgun on him. Ramirez is a convicted felon which makes it illegal for him to own a gun.

Ramirez is charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of marijuana. He is currently in the Tom Green County Jail on a $176,000 bond.
