SAPD: Suspects Arrested for Drug Possession

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- San Angelo Police officers arrested three suspects for drug possession while executing a search warrant Tuesday.  

According to a press release, the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1900 block of North Street. 

The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace Susan Werner, named 22-year-old Fabian Alfaro, 31-year-old Kristen Reyes, and 64-year-old Mark Rose to be in possession of Heroin at the residence. 

The trio was located at the residence and detained for the search where investigators located and seized approximately thirty-two (32) grams of suspected heroin, a quantity of marijuana, and narcotic paraphernalia. 

Alfaro was arrested for First Degree Felony Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and State Jail Felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1.  Charges for Reyes and Rose are pending the outcome of this ongoing investigation.  

The Department’s Anti-Crime Unit, K-9 Unit, Patrol Division, Training Division and the Center for Tactical Medicine assisted with yesterday’s operation.
