Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone Tops Weekend Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Thirty-seven suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail over the weekend.

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including bribery, having marijuana in a drug free zone, and arson. 

Out of the 445 beds, 429 of them are occupied as of Monday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Friday: 

  • Debra Gaitan was arrested for two MISC CPF and two MISC FTA at 1:52 a.m. Her bond was set at $964 and was released at 2:43 p.m.
  • Sandra Lara was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:29 a.m. Her bond was set at $8,142 and was released at 5:13 p.m.
  • Bo Frizzell was arrested for his third or more DWI at 2:47 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released at 1:13 p.m. 
  • Alfredo Padilla was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 3:31 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 3:31 a.m.
  • Maria Hernandez was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 7:46 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Richard Valenzuela was arrested for MTR possession of a controlled substance, no drivers license, and one MISC VPTA at 10:25 a.m. His bond is set at $1,092.
  • Juana Flores was arrested for 72 hour COMM driving while intoxicated at 10:42 a.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
  • Jeana Delossantos was arrested for theft of a property at 12:40 p.m. Her bond was set at $1,500 and was released at 2:43 p.m. 
  • Melinda Grigsby was arrseted for seven MISC CPF at 3:45 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Efrain Mendoza was arrested for COMM third or more driving while intoxicated at 5:57 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Mathew De La Cruz was arrested for GOB criminal trespassing at 6:40 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Joseph Bradley was arrested for MTR possession of marijuana in a drug free zone. His bond is set at $15,000. 
  • Eulalion Guerra was arrested for possession of marijuana, RPR criminal trespassing and one MISC CPF at 9:04 p.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Kelsee Martin was arrested for eleven MISC CPF at 9:28 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Gabriel Luna was arrested for arson of a building/habitat/vehicle reckless cause damage at 10:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Tracy Hardy was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 10:36 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
  • Justin Gamez was arrested for GOB burglary of a habitation with intent of other felony and GOB tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair at 11:12 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Saturday: 

  • Edward Parrish was arrested for criminal trespassing at 2:39 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 3:13 p.m. 
  • Coby Mills was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 5:04 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:13 p.m. 
  • Legend Romine was arrested for his third or more driving while intoxicated at 6:04 a.m. His bond was set at $10,000 and was released Sunday at 3:43 p.m.
  • Troy McAllister was arrested for class c assault and criminal trespassing at 10:57 a.m. His bond was set at $1,192 and was released at 3:58 p.m. 
  • Douglas Martinez was arrested for J/N possession of a controlled substance at 2:54 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
  • Nathaniel Molina was arrested for criminal trespassing at 7:25 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Porsha Garcia was arrested for pedestrian walking with traffic at 7:49 p.m. His bond was set at $220 and was released at 10:13 p.m. 
  • Jorge Reyes was arrested for two MISC CPF, a MISC VPTA, and no trailer lights at 9:40 p.m. His bond is set at $962. 
  • Julian Winburne was arrested for RPR possession of marijuana, RPR resisting arrest, and possession of a drug paraphernalia. His bond is set at $642.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Sunday:

  • John Paxton was arrested for GJI manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance at 1:01 a.m. His bond is set at $25,000. 
  • Dexter Lewis was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, bribery, and criminal trespassing at 1:33 a.m. His bond is set at $28,500. 
  • Byron Beam was arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon at 9:54 a.m. His bond is set at $1,000. 
  • Victoriano Carabajal was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:14 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:43 p.m. 
  • Bryan hartman was arrested for class c theft, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:25 p.m. His bond was set at $2,066 and was released Sunday at 5:13 a.m. 
  • Eric Rivera was arrested for possession of marijuana at 4:37 p.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 8:58 p.m. 
  • Luis Llanas was arrested for class c theft and criminal trespassing at 4:37 p.m. His bond is set at $924. 
  • Elizabeth Guerrero was arrested for assault that caused bodily injury to a family member at 7:14 p.m. Her bond is set at $25,000. 
  • Charles Spriggs was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 7:46 p.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 8:58 p.m. 
  • Meagan Gonzales was arrested for theft of a property at 10:06 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released Monday at 12:28 a.m. 
  • Dalila Huertas was arrested two MISC CPF at 10:16 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
